SHIPPING AND RETURNS
We offer UK delivery. You’ll be able to choose a delivery date and options from those offered on our Web Site, where you will also see any applicable delivery charges. Some geographical restrictions may apply.
Your delivery will normally be made through the company “Yodel Delivery Network Limited”. On the day of delivery, the delivery agent will text and email you a 4-hour timeslot. Please note that this is just an estimation.
Track Your Order
Track Your Order option on our Web Site allows you to view a live estimated delivery window, an interactive map of where the order is and how many deliveries we’re making before we get to you. For certain items delivered by “Yodel Delivery Network Limited”, you can ask us to leave your order in a safe place or with a neighbour if you are not going to be in. You can also send us additional instructions if you need to. Please note that Col Du Marine UK Limited will not take any responsibility for any lost, damaged in transit or stolen goods – you can direct your claim to “Yodel Delivery Network Limited”.

We offer you a free delivery.
Zone 1 (3-10 business days delivery)
Scottish Islands, Scotland Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands.
Zone 2 (3-7 business days delivery)
Enter your postcode at the checkout and you will see the delivery options available to you.
We deliver from 7am ‘til 9pm and give you a 4-hour delivery window on the morning of your delivery.
We’ll give you a range of delivery days at the checkout, so you can pick the one that suits you best.
If plans change, you can rebook your order any time before 11am on the day before your delivery.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with any item(s) in your order, simply return the item(s) to us in the unopened, with the external packaging intact, in “new’’ condition, within 30 days of ordering for a refund.
Once we have received your returned item(s), we will issue a refund to the payment method used to pay for the order. Please allow 14 days for the refund to show in your account.

Lost or damaged parcels
If you have you are missing a item or items from your order then please contact our Customer Care team by phone to +44 7882460983 or email email@example.com
Lost and missing items must be reported to us within 30 days of the dispatch date; we will not be liable for any lost or missing items if you fail to notify us within the above timeframe.
If you find your products to be damaged in transit, we are willing to offer a refund if the products are returned (within 30 days of the dispatch date) to the returns address below. We will not be liable for any damage if you fail to notify us within the above timeframe..
Additional returns information
We retain the right to request a return of the faulty products with the consignment number on the outside of your parcel, at your cost, by recorded delivery to the below address, and the products will be inspected.
If the fault is agreed, a full refund will be given for the returned products and returns postage costs. Please contact our customer services department who can arrange for your goods to be sent back to us, before sending the package.
